The output current of all channels is measured and feed to a 20kHz detector. By adding a pilot tone by either the internal generator or an external source, the connection and voice coil of your speakers can be monitored. Threshold and debounce time is adjustable per channel.
The use of a PFC (power factor correction) results in a sinusoidal current consumption from the mains. The reduced mains harmonics no longer burden the power grid. Another effect is a much-improved power delivery from unstable mains.
It is very important to keep track of every information the amp can provide. Our amps diagnose themselves and give always information about channel and device status.
Both BNC Connectors can be used to receive an AES3-ID stereo signal. It is easily adaptable to AES/EBU by the use of an impedance match transformer like the Neutrik NADITBNC-F.
The amplifier accepts MADI optical and 2x MADI coaxial as input. Both coaxial connectors are used to have a redundancy by feeding the same signal twice. The amp can switch seamlessly between both, depending on which link carries a valid signal. The inputs can be patched smoothly between all interfaces. All inputs can also be used as the clock source.
AES67 is an open standard for audio over IP and audio over ethernet interoperability. The standard was developed by the Audio Engineering Society. It is a layer 3 protocol suite based on existing standards and is designed to allow interoperability between various IP-based audio networking systems such as RAVENNA and DANTE™.
DANTE™ offers a wide range of compatible products to offer a broad eco-system of ethernet based Audio over IP devices. All 32 channels can be feed by different streams to offer a flexibility which could never be done before.
In our system we offer wide adjustable limiter options. Limit your amplifier channel by current, voltage or power.
FIR Filters are a comfortable solution to equalize your speakers or the acoustics of your listening room to a nice and phase linear response. Unlike IIR-Filters, you have the choice to adjust the phase response of the system. We support an easy load of coefficients from a ascii coded file which mostly every design software can export.
To achieve simple and easy to use filtering, we offer an amount of 32 IIR Filters per channel. These filters can be used to build crossovers and equalize your system.
To adjust the timeshift in your speaker system or the acoustic circumstances, every channel can be delayed up to 48000 samples. This gives you more than 1 sec of delay time or in other words approximately 330m of physical offset.
Build read and write protected presets for specific speakers. Import, export and share them.
